Clean eats egg muffins <3! 

INGREDIENTS:
1 whole egg, 4 egg whites
1/2 red bell pepper (diced) 
1/2 onion (diced)
1/2 cup shredded carrot 
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp cayenne pepper 
1tbsp oregano 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 
2. Mix chopped vegetables in a bowl 
3. Whisk eggs together in separate bowl with seasonings 
4. Fill 6 spots in muffin tray with 2/3 of the vegetable mix and then pour egg mixture on top to fill the rest of the tin 

Bake for 20-30 minutes. Recipe makes 6 !
