Carb & Sugar Free Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond milk
3 egg whites
1 tbsp cinnamon 
1 scoop vanilla whey protein 

Icing ingredients:
Greek yogurt
Cinnamon
Stevia or Splenda 

Directions: 
Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Cook on low heat until cooked through. Do not flip it, as it will break. 

Mix icing ingredients. Once mixture is cooked, cut into 1 inch strips and spread icing and roll them up! 

I put a tiny bit of almond milk and dark chocolate chips on top and microwaved to soften it up!
